Loretta Miller and Darcy McNulty are two of Melbourne’s finest artists. Meeting for the first time at a rehearsal in a rambling Melbourne sharehouse “The Pound ” about 10 years ago, They bonded over their shared love of Hank Williams and Nicolas Cage. Loretta introduced Darcy to Patsy Cline, Darcy introduced Loretta to Tom Waits and the two and have been writing, creating and performing together ever since, most notably as the band leaders and writers for Melbourne’s favorite good time cult outfit JAZZPARTY.
